State Attorney Dave Aronberg says crime never sleeps and that's why the Palm Beach County Courthouse will be open on Sunday.

Aronberg says first appearances for new inmates will be at 12 p.m.

However, if Isaias becomes more of a threat to Palm Beach County, the start time could be pushed back.

Aronberg wants folks to remember their pets if they have to evacuate. If they're found tied to a tree, their owners could face felony charges.

Arronberg also reminded people to report any price gouging by calling 866-NO-SCAM.
