A pedestrian is in critical condition after a hit-and-run crash Friday night, West Palm Beach police said.
The crash happened at 45th Street and Broadway Avenue just before 9 p.m.
Police say the adult pedestrian was crossing west to east at the intersection when a car hit the person, then fled south on Broadway.
The car is described as a white and black (separated colors horizontally) Chevrolet Tahoe or GMC SUV, according to police. There should be damage to the headlight housing.
