FBI: Robber hits two banks in two hours in South Florida

The FBI is on the hunt for a bank robber who hit two banks in South Florida in one day.

The first holdup happened at 11:22 a.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank on University Drive in Plantation.

Federal authorities released photos of the bank robber with no description of gender. The FBI also would not say whether the bank robber made off with any money. No one was hurt.

The second robbery happened at 1:12 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank on NW 67th Avenue in Miami Lakes.

Federal authorities would only say they believe the person is the same one who robbed the bank in Plantation. The amount of many taken, if any, is not being released.
