A local law firm is offering its services pro-bono to bar owners who were forced to shut their doors due to coronavirus restrictions in Florida.

The Law Offices of Travis R. Walker, P.A. says they believe the shut down is arbitrary and singles out bar owners in a discriminatory fashion.

“We intend on filing suit against the Department of Business and Professional Regulation as this Order selectively culls out bar owners and is not rationally related to the purpose the government is attempting,” the firm says in a news release.

The firm has multiple locations throughout the area.
