Man arrested after overnight shooting in Lake Worth Beach

Deputies arrested Max Sume, 42, after a man died in an overnight shooting in Lake Worth Beach (PBSO|WPEC){ }

A man is behind bars after deputies say a shooting broke out in Lake Worth Beach and one person died.

According to Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies, the shooting broke out just after midnight Saturday on South F Street and 6 Avenue South.

Upon arrival, deputies found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. The man was transported to the hospital where he later died, deputies say.

Deputies later arrested 42-year-old Max Sume in connection to the shooting.

Deputies charged Sume with one count of manslaughter.

Sume is expected to make his first appearance in front of a judge Sunday morning.
