A man crashed his car after appearing to have a medical issue while driving earlier this week, authorities said.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Offices says 70-year-old Nathan Nager died Saturday from injuries sustained in the crash Thursday.
Nager was driving eastbound on Golf Road in Village of Golf when he made a right turn on to Country Drive, deputies say.
At this point, he appeared to have a medical episode, turned the wheel to the left, and started backing up into a drainage canal with water, deputies add.
The car overturned and came to a stop on its roof.
He was taken to Delray Medical Center where he died of complications.
