It's the season of giving, and that's exactly what students from Palm Beach Gardens High School did Friday morning at Lake Park Elementary.

Christmas came early for more than 380 students and that sits well with students from Palm Beach Gardens.

"It's really the spirit of Christmas" says Febee Dougherty, a senior at Palm Beach Gardens High School. "It's just a chance to give back and to see the joy on all the kids' faces when they see Santa."

Santa and his elves arrived at Lake Park Elementary, with two bus loads of students from Palm Beach Gardens High School. from the Future Business Leaders of America Program.

They brought gifts of toys, clothes, and shoes.

The gifts mean a lot to most students at Lake Park, who are from low-income families.

However, it's not just that these kids were feeling thankful for the high school students. The gift of giving is a gift in itself, says Dougherty.

"To us it's just the joy of giving to others."

This is the third year in a row for Palm Beach Gardens High School to give back to students here at Lake Park Elementary during the holiday season and they plan on doing it for years to come.
