Investigators identified the man shot and killed at a gentleman's club on Thanksgiving, and said surveillance video of the shooting gave them a clear picture of who did it.

The shooting at the Rose Gentleman's Club ended with one person dead and two others in the hospital.

Deputies said Antoine Newton, 37, shot and killed 28-year-old Fadson Excellent during an altercation at the club. Excellent had a gunshot wound to the head. A second man had a gun shot wound to his chest. The unidentified victim is recovering at St. Mary's medical Center. A third man, identified by deputies as 38-year-old Bataskia Marzette, suffered a gun shot wound to his hand. According to the arrest report, Marzette went to JFK Medical Center in Atlantis on his own before being transferred to Delray Medical Center for treatment.

Investigators said surveillance video clearly showed the fight that led up to the shooting. According to the report, the video also showed a man with a gun shooting Excellent and another man.

Newton initially denied any knowledge or involvement in the shooting, according to his arrest report. He later admitted to investigators he's in the video, wore the clothing worn by the shooter in the video, and had a gun in his hand at the time of the shooting. He said he didn't remember shooting or killing anyone but apologized for it.
