South Floridians know all too well about the wrath of Mother Nature and how many people will be in need of supplies in the coming days.
Now, one local company is stepping up to help those affected by Hurricane Florence.
Blue Line Moving Company in Jupiter collected about 10,000 pounds of donations Thursday afternoon, ranging from razors to water to baby supplies. Two moving trucks will take off carrying the supplies Friday morning heading to the Carolinas.
“It hit our hearts and we wanted to do what we could,” said Lauren Logan of Blue Line Moving.
One donor, Brenda Morris, is from a coastal city in North Carolina. It’s already flooding and she donated everything she could.
“We are trying to help, just as much as we can,” she said.
