The fourth-ranked golfer in the world is coming back to the Honda Classic. Jupiter resident Justin Thomas has committed to this year's event. Thomas has a third place finish, and two missed cuts in his three Honda Classic performances.
Thomas had a breakthrough season in 2017. The 24-year-old won the PGA Championship, won the FedEx Cup, and was named PGA Tour Player of the Year. Thomas is good friends with 2017 winner Rickie Fowler, and despite not making the cut, was on the 18th green to celebrate with Fowler after he won.
The Honda Classic starts five weeks from Thursday. Thomas joins Rory McIlroy as the biggest names to have committed to the tournament so far.
