Detroit Lions Quarterback Matthew Stafford has 69 career victories as a starter, but his biggest win came off the field this week.

Stafford and his wife Kelly surprised three young fans who recently lost their father, delivering them Christmas presents last week. Matt even stuck around to play Madden with the boys.

The boys father, Conor Krause, unexpectedly passed away back in September.

Deana Harb, Conor's cousin, posted a video on Facebook with the Stafford's surprising her family.

The boys were stunned, shouting "Oh my God" when they saw the first overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft walking through their front door.

Stafford is currently on Injured Reserved, recovering from a back injury that has kept him out of action since November. His wife was diagnosed with a brain tumor earlier this year which she had surgically removed.
