NBA star Andre Drummond visited a Delray Beach restaurant over the weekend .

Although his server didn't recognize who he was, he managed to leave a great impression.

Kasandra Diaz says she was shaking and in tears when she saw the tip Drummond left on a $164 check.

The Cleveland Cavalier left Diaz a $1,000 tip.

Diaz works at Che in Delray Beach and says she walked into a slow day at work at the beginning of her double shift, not expecting it to be a busy day due to the COVID-19 restrictions still in place as Florida reopens.

"I had no idea who he was and hadn't seen him here before but we @che.delray always welcome our new customers," Diaz said on Instagram.

Diaz said she didn't know how to react, but didn't want to draw attention.

"I couldn’t describe the amount of appreciation I had/ have. It’s so amazing to see people displaying acts of kindness in these uncertain times. This is a story I will never forget, thank you again so much," Diaz said.
