The Miami Dolphins mandatory minicamp started Tuesday - the first involuntary workouts of the offseason. Everyone must show up for work, even owner Stephen Ross stopped in, spending some time to yuk it up with head coach Adam Gase.

Number 17, out there, looking strong - Ryan Tannehill says he feels one hundred percent, but he doesn't look the same. Gase says he looks more comfortable, and more confident in the offense, despite missing last season. Tannehill had last spring and 10 training camp practices before his season ended prematurely with the knee injury. A number of his Dolphin teammates say Tannehill has taken the leadership reigns of the team, and even adopted a little more of his head coach's personality.

There's no live contact allowed at the practices this week.
